• Student/Parent Chromebook Agreement

If you are not planning on picking up student packets on Tuesday, April 14th, the forms may be turned in the following ways:

• scanned* and emailed to Rhonda Grijalva at rgrijalva@hvusd.net
• physically mailed to 16300 Cloverdale Road, Anderson, CA 96007, attention: Rhonda Grijalva

*emailed pictures will work in lieu of scanned documents
